We inspect each order dimensionally and visually, both during and after production, so that your custom components are delivered on time and to your exact specifications.

ISO certifications

Thanks to our highly vetted supplier network and ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System, it’s always possible to have your parts manufactured with industry-specific certifications. Our manufacturing partner network can certify to the following standards: ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and ISO TS16949.

If you have questions on your quote before production starts, contact your Account Manager or email sales@hubs.com. If you need help with your order during production, you can reach out to support@hubs.com and our Customer Support or Project Management teams will advise you.

Tracking your order after it’s shipped 

There are several ways to track your order. Depending on the region and manufacturing process, you may receive your parts directly from manufacturing partners or from a Hubs quality control cross-dock.

3D printed parts
  • Always direct-shipping from the manufacturing partner to customer

  • You will receive parts mainly through DHL Express (EU) and FedEx (US) 

  • Tracking updates are provided by Aftership

CNC/sheet metal fabrication/injection molding with delivery address in EU, UK or US
  • Orders are cross-docked and QC’ed at a Hubs facility.

  • After cross-docking, tracking is shared with you

  • You will receive your part through DHL Express, FedEx or UPS. 

  • Tracking updates are provided by Aftership

CNC/sheet metal fabrication/injection molding with delivery address outside EU, UK or US
  • Orders are not cross-docked and are shipped directly to you 

  • Tracking becomes available as soon as the MP ships the order 

  • You will receive your part through DHL Express, FedEx or UPS 

  • Tracking updates are provided by Aftership

We handle customs clearance 

Hubs handles customs for orders to/from the UK, US and countries within the EU. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that we handle customs before your part arrives at one of our cross-docking locations in Amsterdam or Chicago before shipping it to you.

Unfortunately, we can’t handle customs for every country and region. If your order originates from or is being shipped to a country outside the UK, US and EU, we won’t be able to handle customs directly. We can assist you with documentation and other types of support if need be.

Troubleshooting your order

Specifications policy

Remember to check your quote, technical drawing and CAD file for consistency before placing your order. This will ensure that any discrepancies are caught before your order goes into production. Please read our specifications policy for further details, and reach out to your account manager or sales@hubs.com for any questions.

How we handle disputes

In handling disputes, we take on manufacturing risks for you. If your parts aren’t up to spec, you can easily file a dispute claim and we’ll remake or refund your order. You can file a dispute by clicking on the “Raise an Issue” link within 30 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Success Team will work on resolving your issue as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.
