Quick guide to invoicing on the Hubs platform
Read articleHubs offers wide range of payment methods you can use to start the production, including NET30 options for our B2B customers. You can access the payment portal through the "Start production" button in the quote builder or the payment link included in the quote and invoice PDFs. In the portal you will be able to choose between ' Pay now' and 'Pay later' options.
'Pay now' options
Hubs is using Stripe to securely process payments. To start the production automatically, you can use one of the following payment methods:

Credit card

iDeal (Netherlands only)

SOFORT (DACH region and Netherlands)

Giropay (Germany only)
'Pay later' options
For our B2B customer we offer NET30 payment terms. You can choose from these options to confirm your order:

Sign quote digitally with DocuSign

Upload signed quote as pdf
-
Upload your purchase order (PO)
Please note that orders above $10,000.00 require a 50% down-payment before production can start.
