How being active and well helps you to live at your optimum, to thrive, to be your best self and to own the seats at the table in a male dominant industry -'Success is where preparation and opportunity meet'. Personal experience of working in an architectural and design world for many years, has helped me to realise, practice and believe in the power of movement, the mind and body connection and the impact this can have on how we show up in our daily lives.
