Hello Everyone,
I’m brand new to 3D Hubs, just listed my printer today - a MakerBot Replicator and Replicator 2. When I logout and do a search based on distance to Monroe CT it doesn’t come up. Does it a take some time to get your printers listed?

Hi Jack, welcome on board! Indeed, in order to appear in the search results, we first need to asses your 3D printing skills
And we do that by asking you to print our mascot, Marvin, which will result in your first review on the platform. Here’s more on the reviewing process. Easy peasy, really!
You’ll soon receive an email on how to activate your Hub, so hang in there

Well maybe I jumped the gun a little bit. I thought the “Marvin” link you sent me was to the file. But I don’t see it. Does that come in the “how to activate your hub” e-mail?

Ups, sorry for the mixup! You’ll soon receive a mail with the instructions on how to proceed with the activation of your Hub, in max 24 hours.
Until then, feel free to have a crack at Marvin here: 3D Hubs Marvin - Key Chain by HubsMFG - Thingiverse. Just keep in mind you’ll need to validate both your printers, so you’ll need to 3D print one Marvin each.

Marvin never did hit my inbox or anything else from 3D Hubs. But thank you for the link to Thingiverse. Having worked at MakerBot it’s a site I’m pretty familiar with. I’m currently working on printing one of the transmission prints. I’ll post it when it’s assembled.
I’m not sure where I’m supposed to post these but here are the pics of my Marvin. The neon orange was done in PLA on the Rep 2 and the army green on the MakerBot 5th Gen. Both in 100 micron resolution. Took the pics with my phone.
Can you let me know the know the next steps?

@J3DServices. You have never registered as a Hub on the platform, therefore you never were prompted for a review. Go to your profile to add the printer and we’ll start the process, Your Marvins do look great!

@J3DServices So basically what you have to do is go to your User Dashboard -> Edit my account -> scroll down for Roles and here you have to mark Hub as well. Let us know how you go!

Thank you both for your help. I’m on the “Edit My Account” page and I don’t see any fields or check boxes that say “Roles”. I also did a screen search just to be sure. I’ve read every line on the screen and don’t see where I register as a hub. Can you advise please?
Glad you like the Marvins! I printed all the parts from the transmission file on Thingiverse and expect to have it assembled in the next few days. I’ll post it when I do.

Hey Jack, I’ve attached a screen grab of where you should look for the Roles section on your Edit my Account tab. Let me know if this helps.

No worries Jack, we’ll get to the bottom of this 
So, from what I can tell, if you go to the page where the first screen shot is taken and scroll down you should find the Roles section. So it should be below Passwords, then Status and then Roles. Does that work?

That’s what I’m saying. If you look at all three screen shots the fields “Status” and “Roles” are not below Password. I keep thinking I’m in the wrong place but at the top of the page it does say “Edit My Account”.
If you’re available to do a screen share with a Google Hangout or something I’m OK with it. I’m east coast time USA just so you know.
