Hey Jack, apologies for taking so long. Things are actually much easier than I thought! Basically all you have to do to set up your Hub is start adding your printers here: https://www.3dhubs.com/list-my-printer. And everything else will follow naturally

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I was traveling for a bit and then took some time for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
I added my printers per your last post. Hopefully we’ll see them tomorrow but I’m sure I did that step before.

Is J3DServices the user you’re trying to activate the hub with? Because I don’t see any hub associated with this user.
I just want to double check: did you manage to go through the process of activating your hub through this link Online 3D Printing Service | Instant 3D Printing Quotes | Hubs ?
Did you get to see the screen in the screenshot where you can set up the printers for your hub?
