I really hope that someone can help me here.
I am trying to use a zprinter 450 that I bought recently. I say I am trying because of a probleme I am going to describe:
At first, the Zprinter could not boot: 3 beeps and a black display screen.
I changed the battery and the RAM on the motherboard. Since then, the printer successfully boots. However, another problem appeared since then: as soon as I connect the printer to the network (=to the router), the printer hangs up. The display stays on “online” and does not react when I push the round button.
I tried in DHCP mode (router and printer): the printer boots well. Reacts for 1 or 2 minutes and then buggs. No reaction anymore.
I tried with fix IP: the printer boots well, but hangs up just after the “network ini” when it shows the IP adress on the display. And then, nothing happens…
I was thinking that maybe the configuration of the bios was erased due to the battery that was empty during a while.
Did someone in the community experience this problem?
I would really be grateful if someone can help me!
