Hello, Seems like we lost the small bearing that was pushing against the filament inside the extruder.

What type is it? and do you know what size should it have (inside diameter and outside diameter)? Since it was the very first time when we opened it to clean the wheel, it dissappeared and we don’t even know how it should look like…

You want these 683 ZZ 3mm Ball Bearing aka 683ZZ or 683-ZZ. 3mmX7mmX3mm

I will post a picture and specifications later today. Some Zortrax dealers will have it but you can also buy it at more specialized bearing-shops.

Diameter: 7mm

Thickness: 3mm

Inner: 2.9mm

I’ve only seen it once, it’s super easy to lose. Next time I can, i’ll check and let you know ( if you haven’t already found out!)
