Are you printing with ABS, PLA, or some other material?

What is your hotend temp?

Infill percentage?

keep the room warmer

great explanation Peter I also have a Zortrax and never had this king of problems.

cheers

I never has this kind of issue

I always do manual calibration, the reason is after a while the aluminium plate deform a little bit. I bought two plates and both of them deform and i make one plate with differnt material and no problem any more.

If you want manula calibration start your printer and raise platform until is touching the nozzle(be careful i say touch), after that power off your printer, take a piece of paper and try to adjust the trhee screw until the paper slide under nozzle with a little bit of resistance, after that power on your printer and you ready to go.
