Yesterday i replaced the z axis of my diy printer. Now i have some strange waves on the side of my prints. Are the threaded rods bent or could that be a vibration issue? Or is the coupler too stiff?

A bent lead screw is possible. Also make sure everything is lubed ok with a light oil such as Superlube with PTFE. Don’t over do it on the lube.

Thanks for your reply! I fixed the issue by removing the ball bearings and replacing the couplers with 3d printed ones.
