First of all hi everyone, i’m new in the world of 3d printing and in the comunity aswell.
I’ve been printing for 3 months more or less with minor problems but i encountered one that i can’t solve.
While printing more simple objects my printer works pretty well but i noticed that when i have to print more detailed ones the printer underextrudes.
first i tought about the retraction and i limited them at 20 retractions per retraction lenght (4.5mm), it didn’t solve the problem so i just deactivated them, still no luck.
I noticed that the problem happens when te printer has to stop to move to another point and print a little repeteadly, after that the extruder starts to under extrude. I have no idea why this happens since i didn’t do anything wierd. Only thing that comes to mi mind was updating cura from 2.4 to 2.5.
I print at 0.3 with a 0.4 nozzle ( i know its a lot but in general it gives me good results and fastens the proces, even in detailed prntings) 50mm/s in printing speed and 100 in traveld speed. 210º with pla. i tried to clean the nozzle but it didnt work. I don’t thing its a leveing problem since if i move the problematic parts in the Z axis with cura the problem happens sticked in the bed or 10mm far.
I’m a bit clueless to be honest so hope you guys can help me.
Sorry for my english btw, native from spain
That is strange. Can you post a photo that shows the problem?
