Been printing on this printer for well over two months and have had my fair share of headaches with it, but this most recent one is an issue with the Y-axis in fill not completely filling in my print, which just seems a bit odd to me.
as you can see by this pic the Y axis on the top side can’t fill in to the bottom segment, and the Y axis on the bottom can’t fill in to the bottom segment, I’ve also attempted to print a small screw topped bottle and the circular top has become more of an oval and won’t twist due to the Y-axis malfunctioning. Anyone know how I can get this fixed?

Does this happen on different files? How does it look in a slicer preview? Any clue there? Have you run the file through a fixer to make sure it is ok?
its been all files I’ve printed since about 2 or 3 weeks ago, I don’t know what or why it started happening, I had a motherboard failure, and I updated my old motherboards firmware. Turns out the thermocouple was bricked, and the new motherboard didn’t provide any power. So I’m curious if the firmware update ruined it? I’m running sailfish on it now.
What do you mean a fixer?
But yes every print is coming out this way, its a replicator 2 dual clone and I haven’t seen a way of using anything other than maker ware on it.

If you are running Sailfish what profile (printer) did you select to use in the software? I found that most clones are a Replicator 1 dual not Replicator 2. I read somewhere that the stepper settings are different which could account for errors.

Hmmm I may have to reflash the firmware… I think I did replicator 1 I’m not 100% sure, but I’ll have to check, that could make sense for the odd ovals. Its (in my opinion) not looking like the infill is not reaching the edge, but that the edge may be going too far now that you mention it.

The flash may have done it especially if it was using a variation of Sailfish.
