Last Thursday, I bought a XYZPrinting da Vinci Mini on www.cdor.dk.
I received it on Saturday afternoon, but I still couldn’t use it.
The extrude module has a hard wire that interrupts the filament pass through it.
It is impossible to remove this wire and I’m trying to replace the extruder.
In my opinion, it is not necessary to change the entire printer, once the others components work fine.
Probably, there was some mistake to produce (or test) this module in the factory.
Did someone have a similar problem?
