Hey guys lately I have been struggling getting a good print on larger objects. This has been more so an issue for the last 2 weeks on and off.

I have tried hair spray and purple glue sticks yet it seems I cannot get anything to stick.

I am using a Zero Cart however I cannot get the temps to adjust which I guess is a firmware

thing and pretty much spent 100 bucks to adjust length :frowning:

I keep my filament inside of an air tight container with moisture packs.

I have tried Inland filament as well as going back to the XYZ carts.

I have set the nozzle height multiple times using different thickness’s ranging from

.010 to .020 (inches) which previously .010 was working great

After setting the nozzle height I have noticed that once I get it set it seems to go out of adjustment for no obvious reason. I can set the height, start a print and stop it and then recheck and the nozzle height seems tighter than what I had set it 5 minutes prior.

When setting I always back off and come back to it to remove any backlash.

I know the DaVinci isn’t the best on the planet but it was working fine and now I am chasing it more that printing.

I do not use any 3rd party slicers since pretty much involves hacking and have used the XYZware from day one.

So I have attached a few pics to show you what is happening and in one (the X Quad) I have never had this happen before.

My print settings are pretty basic on both examples, layer height 2, infill 30%

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

I bought the printer used about 6 months ago.

Thank You very much
