Hello all, i’m a newbie on the 3D printing, i bought a anet A8 on gearbest.
When i’ve wanted do a test with one of the files from the sd card, the printing begins well and after a little moment the head go to thr right with a bad movement and block at the right.
After 5 another test, the result is the same, after my analyse, the home of the X axis is not good.
when i choose home X on the menu the block go to the right.
I change the connector Xaxis (for the sensor) on the mainboard with the Y axis and i test it on the menu the sensor is ok (ON / OFF) works well good.
I change the Y axis connector and i put it on the X axis connector on the mainboard , the result on the LCD is already ON .
I put the X axis on the right place on the mainboard , the Y axis works good (ON / OFF) but not the Xaxis is already ON, and no detect the OFF.
Bref the sensor X works well. and
What do you think?
is a mainboard (arduino) problem or firmware problem?
Thanks a lot for your help.
And what state on X-axis end-stop if you unplug end-stop switch ???
Hello, the state of the X-axis end stop is always On, on the display if i unplug the switch.
And when I actuate the sensor by hand the state is always On, on the display.
it is possible board defect or check visually maybe it “short” on x-axis connector. or try reflash firmware.
I think, i’ll try to reflash the firmware. do you know the method to flash the firmware. or Have you a link, or a vidéo to explain it.
Thanks à lot
I’ve flashing the Arduino Board with the firmware reset and with the skynet firmware and the problem is the same.I’ve send an email for changing the mainboard , i’m waiting for the respond.see next
Did you get it to work with the new mainboard? because i am having the same problem
After sending a video of my problem, they concluded that it was indeed a mainboard that was to perform, I expect the new mainboard soon.
the link for my video:
Hey may i ask if you received a new mainboard yet and if it worked?
Hi, i’ve just receive, today the new mainboard. And , at this Time the Anet Works well . I cross m’y fingers for the first piece. I 'll post a picture After.
