We have a large format SLA machine which can handle a size of 24"x24" . We could print the map in 2 or 3 sections in very high detail.

I assume that you do not have the STL file of this. If you want we could create it for you and print. At this point it is difficult to estimate, We generally charge for the volume of the material. To make your World map even more attractive we can add the geography (mountains, rivers, lakes etc) Please advice what you think.

You could make this fairly easy by using a lasercutter to cut the map out of real wood, then you would also have the wood fibre pattern included.
