Won't print

I have a monoprice mini and it won’t print i am using the files that where on the ad card to start off with

OK in order to help you with your problem we are going to need some more information. Was it printing before and now stopped? What kind of filament are you using? Does it move, but just not extrude plastic? Are you able to select a file from the SD card? Have you tried controlling it over USB?

Are you able to get any filament to extrude? What steps are you following to print and where is this breaking down?
