When I try to print in 0.1 it’s starts and over extruding is but when I print in 0.2 it’s perfect

What printer, settings and software do you use? It is not really possible to solve your problem with this little information.

This problem could be caused by a lot of different things like extrusion multiplier, nozzle diameter, filament diameter settings and a lot more. It would also help if you add some pictures of the problem.
