Hi there! Those are really good print, but please bundle your printing experience in one thread instead of making a new one for each print  Of course you can post whatever you want, but other people’s threads (they might need some urgent help with their printer) do not get seen this way. I do not want to insult you or start any online rage-discussion (this already happened and it is just unnecessar), please take this as a handy advise ;-). What exact speed and layer height did you use? The overhangs look really good, but I can not see how your printer managed the “beard-like” overhang thing of the wooden figure, a picture of that would be nice. -Marius

Hi Marius.

I didn’t know i could bundle the printings in one thread. That’s new to me. The pre- and actual printing differs from each other, that is also why I posted them separately. But I will study on your advice. Thank you.

Ramesses is printed with layer height 0,2. I myself was surprised with the little overhang, maybe because I reduced the printing speed with 0,75. I want to print it again with 0,5 speed. I don’t know the standard printingspeed in mm/h.

Interesting to hear, that you can only modify the speed by a factor, not by the actual mm/s. The layer height of 0,2mm is a good choise for fast prints and I guess your printer manages overhangs with this layer height very good.

Why not try out 0,1mm layer height (or even less if possible on your machine), the prints could get a little bit more detail, especially the top surface, where the layers are clearly visible

(I personally like the “layer-look” of low resolution prints, but if you start a hub you should try to get the most out of your machine to get the best ratings).

I will look what the default speed of the CelRobox is, I just don’t know yet. Speed adjustment is from half to double (real time). The other print “Mattijs I” is 0,1mm layer height with normal speed. I think you are right about the “best ratings”, but first I want to know the Robox and the filaments better.

With regards,

Eloy

Ok then, good luck with printing

Got it. CelRobox has 3 preset speed profiles: Default, Slic3r, Cura. In advance mode you can make your own profile. When printing, you still can adjust the printingspeed (from half to double) factor as mentioned earlier.
