its a design for a cheek rest for my air rifle. this is a non functional part, meant solely for the purpose of stopping my cheek from being torched while in the desert and stopping it from sticking in the winter as my breach is aluminum and isnt comfortable to rest against.

i have inquired with a few people and they refuse as they seem to think it is a functional portion for my air rifle. this in my own eyes is a portion of safety equipment to prevent personal injury and is a prototype to be altered and re designed before a final piece is made.

2mm wall thickness and 20% infill should fit the bill just fine, made from pla for the prototype is perfect i think, no support material should be needed as there i think is enough meat to hold onto overall

dimensions are 130.3mm x36mm x 55mm roughly.

also can somebody tell me the shrink ratio of pla. ive given a full mm of shrink room on all dimensions just to be sure, can always sand it down for fine adjustments

Has an admin on any of the enquires said anything about the model? I would be interested but I am across the country in Georgia, assuming it Corvalls, Oregon.

no admin has said anything about the model. it has been remodeled and posted on thingaverse for anybody wanting to give it a shot to try it out. the photos above are v1.5, the remodel drops below the breach and encases the entire airtube to meet with the stock.

you are correct as to my geological location being in oregon.

i have found a gentleman in washington willing to print the model for a cost. im working on getting the money together now, trying to sell a brand new glock magazine to fund my cheek rest

Oh okay. If it does work out there I am willing to print, not sure of shipping though
