I attached my pictures using the attachment button but after some time I’m getting a message back from the robot saying: "I noticed that you didn’t add a photo of the print yet. It’s required to download the STL file from the “print files” section above, make a print and upload the picture of the print using the “big green + button” above this comment. "
There is however no “big green + button” above the comment or any place on the order form though. Anyone any idea where to upload those pictures?

Hi @CygnusProjects, by the “big green + button”, it’s referring to the green + Add Attachment button above the comment box.
Just to clarify: you attached pictures to your Marvin order, clicked on ‘Submit’, but it’s still not uploading?
Hi @Asad3D, I was able to attach the pictures but because of some wrong format (I had some .nef iso .jpg) between the uploaded pictures and instead of only refusing those the complete batch was removed.
Problem solved.
