Hello, this weekend I did an order for 3 small prints to make some tests, where I was hoping that I could work further with the prints this sunday. The hub says it has a response time within 4 hours, but I’m waiting 24 hours now, don’t know yet if it’s printed, are there problems or is it just a matter of time to make an appointment for the pick up? I’ve a busy week ahead and I don’t know what to do? Should I cancel the order or could I ask the hub to deliver the prints?
