Hi, do you want general advises for prosthesis parts or similar? I have not yet printed such projects but from what I know nylon is over of the best materials for this purpose. It is in most cases food save, has smooth surface and is unlikely to have tiny parts break apart that might get intaken by the prosthesis’ wearer. If you need more advises or other help feel free to contact me. I do some 3d modeling, if you need some example parts (i also print nylon) I could print you something. -Marius
