I live in Oregon but every time I try to order a part I keep getting the same company on the east coast. I find it hard to believe there are no companies on the west coast or even in the mid west. I am tired of waiting a week for shipping.

They have added a button under the “Continue to Express Checkout” that says “Manually Select a [material type] Service”. In theory that should work, but some functionality is removed which still can make service selection a bit painful.

Hey William,

Thanks for reaching out. This is Nahla here from 3D hubs Firstly I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve been having difficulties in having your orders printed locally. That was an error on our side which I can confirm has already been resolved. You should now be getting better Hub recommendations through our Express checkout, just make sure you insert your location at the top of the 3D Print page.

Alternatively, you can also choose to manually select the Hub of your choice by clicking on the button “Manually select a …service” right beneath the “Continue to express checkout” button.

I do hope this helps. If you require any further assistance feel free to contact our Support team.

Best,
Nahla - 3D hubs

Have you looked into DigitalScan 3D. They are located in Portland OR.

If it would show the local hubs automatically underneath the express checkout, this kind of thing won’t be an issue and it will give the customer more choices and hubs better opportunities.

William, I am in Wisconsin but would be willing to work with you. Should be faster shipping than east coast if you are still having issues
