I posted on a stand I made for the Ultimaker 2 about 7 months ago now. Here is the original post:

I have since launched my LLC, Makeshift Designs, and my website just went live last week:

http://www.makeshift-designs.com/

This stand went through several iterations but eventually I had a design that fit all of my tolerances and was able to be flat-packed for assembly/shipping. This product not only allows you to use your UM2 without using up desk space but also has many built-in features!! I’ve since had a Beta version of the stand tested by Jeremy P. from South Dakota. Jeremy was great to deal with and wrote a very in-depth review of the stand(which can be found here):

There are assembly videos on the original post which go over the features.

**I’ve made a few changes since the videos were posted:

-The filament guide now has some triangular bracing to increase the strength,

-I did a complete redesign of the low-friction spool holder(which can be seen in the above review),

-The 2 power cords now exit through the same opening, separated with a plug,

* This change was made due to the tester’s power supply cord being taller than the one that shipped with my unit.

-The fan power supply wiring was considerably shortened and the wiring now is much cleaner(with all connections soldered)and follows a channel cut out in the wood panel.

There are 3 versions of the stand on my site at different price points which are explained in detail on the product page.

Please feel free to give me any feedback you may have and thanks for taking a look!

Do you mean on 3d Hubs or my website? Sorry…a lot of this has been a learning experience. Thanks for taking a look!
