Problem-1: When I klick on the link ‘View Hub’ my Hub, it does not show.

It links to the general page of the Amsterdam Hubs community.

My Hub: Makerdaan’s Hub in Helmond, is however part of the Eindhoven Community

Problem-2: When I search for hubs in my hometown Helmond, my hub located in Helmond does not show. Hubs in other towns nearby do show up…

Who can help me out with these issues?

Hi @Makerdaan, I see from your profile that your printer is set to offline which is why you don’t appear in the search results. If you switch it to online, you should show up in a location search. Hopefully that should solve your problems :slight_smile:

No problem! Regarding your 2nd issue, you show up on page #2 of searches related to Eindhoven and Helmond. This is because your Hub hasn’t received any reviews yet, and as such is ranked lower than other Hubs in the area. When you start processing orders and getting reviews, you’ll move higher up the ranks and show up on the first page of your local area search.

You need to get some orders, using family and friends. Then have them put some good reviews up.

Also, starting out, make sure you buy some business with competitive pricing.
