i recently got a wanhao i3 v2.1, and as i was doing my first bed level i realised the bed was too low, when the wing nuts are as far down as they go and the z axis switch is on the lowest setting the bed and nozzle still have about a 2-3mm gap.
im pretty new to 3d printing and am not sure how to fix this
thanks
I had the exact same problem. Were you ever able to get a resolution to this problem?

I had the same problem and fixed it by levelling the Z-Axys on the printer. Just turn the device of and manually adjust the z-axys stepper motors on the corresponding site of the printer. This step is also stated on page 26 of the Instruction Manual in case you’re worried about your warranty.
Have fun printing!
I have also the same problem. Adjusting the stepper motors isn’t possible because there is the z axis switch.
