Hi there.
I hope you guys here can help me out with something. I recently bought the I3 V2.1 and have ran into a problem with it. For some reason the Z axis only goes up so far and when I try to move the position at all, it sounds like there are gears grinding. It is trying to move but it can’t. I tried to print out something and when it got to the Height that it can no longer lift, messes up the print.
Any help is appreciated.

Found out the problem. The motor on one side seems to be getting stuck. Any idea’s guys or should I just send it back?

By stuck do you mean it can’t rotate?
Yep. I just got a replacement and it seems to be going the same thing. It gets to a cm up before creaking.
