Hi you all,

I got my wanhao duplicator I3 and it gets keep messing up my prints.

Why does it keep doing that?

Did bed leveling like a 100x times (should ship leveled and all … why the hell does it need custom leveling I don’t need to level my TV or pc right?)

Anyway I got you all a picture.

I think you may have bed leveling misunderstood. You are “leveling” or tramming to the nozzle and gantry not the ground or something like that.

The pic looks like in the front of the print the bed is to far from the nozzle.

Go through the leveling procedure for the machine and see what you get.

See this.

Hi, Thanks for you reply! Just twisted a few turns bottom right wing nut. It kinda did this (actually while printing)

Cheered to soon!

Morphing edges.

It did that with 3Dlac applied.

I am guessing this is PLA. I would up the bed temp to 60 or so. See about getting a little more squish out of the first layer. Slow the first layer speed to probably 50%. Just some ideas.

Will try that later today, thanks!

My solution is really simpel! Just took polymax PLA! Way expensive but it really is worth it! Just followed the guide on the PLA tag and it is beautifull! Guys at work thought I bought my model
