Hi all, As the title says, my wanna duplicator i3 leaves gaps in the very first layer, almost as if it doesn’t feed enough material. Now when looking to the second layer, I can say only: wow. It’s just perfect, why is this and how do I fix this? Kinda trying to not make object with large bottom surfaces as phone casings or other sort of casing. Thanks a bunch!
First picture is bottom second is top, printed at 0.25mm layer height. The top is a good result, the bottom has gaps
It looks like you bed is not completely leveled. As the problem is more appeareant on the left side. On side of the print bed might be lower than the other.

You should definitely try adjusting the leveling to really push the plastic down onto the bed. From your images, it looks like your z height is incorrectly calibrated. It is also possible that your extrusion width for the first layer is set incorrectly. Which slicer are you using?
