This worked great when we got it in Feb 2016, now only one extruder works as software will not recognize second extruder , material does not stick to build plate, and PLA is real stringy when it does print. Can anybody help me trouble shoot this to get it working again. Thanks Haschman

Hi, I tend to use mine as a single extruder machine. Dual printing is difficult even for the experience user. I pick the extruder I want to use in the slicing software (repg or makerware are free and easy. Simplfy3D is good but expensive) and save the Gcode file on to the supplied SD card and put it into the printer and print from that. For the material not sticking, have you levelled the build plate and are you using hairspray or UHU gluestick (or similar) on the build plate. For most PLA filaments, extruder temp 190 and build plate 60 work consistently for me. There is a lot of help online for this. Simplfy3D have tutorials and guides for print quality.
