Hi,

I have been using my Wanhao 4ds with no problems then suddenly the first layer does not extrude at all, it takes more than 10 sec for filament to be extruded… I have tried changing setting and google it for few hours, with no avail.

Do you prime your extruder before attempting a print?

I have a different brand printer, but it just may be that your extruder is not full enough with filament.

When I change spools of filament, I always extrude about 50 to 100mm of filament before I start my 1st print.
