Void on a thin wall model

Hi all,

I am printing a model with zortrax m200 using Z ABS plastic. The model was printed with .014 layers and 1.44 mm thin wall. Does anybody know how to stop this type of void to happen?

The model also getting some random burn marks too. By the way, the z Suite model looks OK.

I check it a few time and did not see any issues.

This model is printed with z Suite v.1.7.0. It happened with other model too a few weeks ago but I patched afterward. I am trying not to patched the model anymore if all possible. Thanks for your information.

I don’t have an answer for your question, unfortunately. But it does appear that you also have an issue with warpage? What I would assume would be the flat side of that print appears to warp on the ends. I’ve had warpage issues as well.

I talk to the Zortrax support over the weekend and try the random seam per their email and it seem to work. I just did a quick print and the wall the void is not there anymore.
