I have designed one of the above. Currently, blades are vacuum formed, then assembled. Looking to simplify the assemble process. Looking at 3D printing. But the problem I have at the moment; is that I have not been able to find a party who has a printer big enough…The blade module is 30cm long by 25cm across. There are three blades to the module. Would like to hear from anybody who might be able to print this unit. Bruce Sefton Fookes
