Add 1mm and see how it goes
Looks like you need to run the nozzle calibration process.
You say you are using makerware… do you mean Makerbot desktop? If that is what you are using then you need to select ‘devices’. From the menu and then ‘device preferences’. Scroll down to ‘toolhead offset settings’. Setting [0] should have a value… mine is set to 34100um. The other two should be 0. You will have to adjust the number up or down until you get the alignment that you want. Based on your measurement I would start with 34350um.
for x axis you need to scroll to the ‘axis home positions mm’. You can adjust the Z value to get it adjusted where you want it.
hope this helps! Good luck!

Still its coming like that. How to change the offset value?
what firmware and version is running on your machine? you might have to use the front panel to change an eeprom setting.
Have you tried setting the xnozzle value in repg to 34.35?

Hi all again…!!
It been 4 days I am trying to calibrate the nozzle. Pls if anyone knows how to do… Pls reply.
If you are comfortable trying it, I would upgrade the firmware to sailfish following the attached instructions.
This firmware is supported by makerbot desktop and there are advantages over the stock firmware.
As part of the installation it talks you through setting the tool offsets.
[http://www.sailfishfirmware.com/doc/install.html#x31-780006 ](http://http://www.sailfishfirmware.com/doc/install.html#x31-780006 You will need to figure out if your bot has an ATmega 1280 or 2560. Most likely a 1280. Use the “FlashForge Creator I, II & X” firmware since a CTC is a clone of a FlashForge.)

Tried +1mm left and +1 right and similarly -1 left and -1 right… Its coming as same model as in image.
Not able to get left or right is getting shifted. Pls anyone can solve this problem???
follow these instructions here: they are very clear and step by step for how to upgrade the firmware to sailfish. you dont have to mess with hex files or try to compile hex files… it is already taken care of for you.

repg is used to download the sailfish version you need and will do the upgrade and install process for you.
the instructions tell you how to obtain the correct version of repg as well as downloading the version of sailfish for you.
ctc is a clone of flashforge, so you will choose the “FlashForge Creator I, II & X” firmware in repg as the instructions describe.
you cannot make a 1280 into a 2560. this refers to the processor chip on the mainboard. the only way to switch to a 2560 is to replace the main board to one that contains the 2560 chip… this is not something you need to do.
