Tried +1mm left and +1 right and similarly -1 left and -1 right… Its coming as same model as in image.

Nozzle distance are 34.5mm and in RepG offset is 33mm… What shall I do?

Not able to get left or right is getting shifted. Pls anyone can solve this problem???

The Offset needs to be set to the Nozzle Distance and saved to the Printers EEPROM for Dual Extrusion to be aligned. You can do this in RepG by going to the Firmware Settings while connected via USB.

Are you using the on board nozzle calibration??

Repg and whatnot will always have eeprom upload problems,

I personally do not bother with repg or any other sw for this printer, it can all be done within the onboard firmware and makerbot 3.9.1
