Why is it not possible to review a shipping address, i have had that problem now twice.

We are more than one person in the company, and while there is a 3dhubs person, sometimes this person is just not available and i need to backcheck shiping information. This should really be possible.

Thank you for creating this thread. We’re aware that it can be tricky to see the customers shipping address at the moment. The good news is that our development team is actually making some changes to the order page this week which should completely solve this issue. In the meantime, you should be able to click the “More” button underneath your customers profile picture to see their shipping address as well.

Alternatively you are free to leave a comment on the order page asking your customer for their details again. This not ideal of course, but if it means you can send out the package a day early I’m sure your customer would appreciate it.
