So I’ve been going through the first print review process today and the site will not let me upload photos. It always says there is an error. I’ve turned off ad blockers and even tried different browsers but still no luck.

Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful, thank you!

Hey @Oichi, really sorry for the inconvenience. My suggestion would be to contact the order admin on that order and let them know about the situation, so you can either email him/her the images of the print, or simply post them on your Hub profile. Hope this helps.

I’ve had the same issue and actually contacted some of the support team for their site. They explained that recently they have been doing a lot of overhauling to the site internally and they this was also responsible for the slow downs when accessing the site as well. Give it some time and it should all sort out, I still can’t either but they assured me that it will be resolved as soon as possible. Hope this helps!

I’m having the same problem with my uploads the photos reach 5o percent then stop!
