Below the model uploads and above the status updates. I have to type that phrase into every order. I’ve never had a first time customer find the tiny little photo upload / attachment section on the order page by themselves. Because its placement is illogical. It’s almost a waste of time uploading photos to a hidden section of the page. I’m curious what could be done to fix it? Such as a status message “[hub] has uploaded new photos [xx.jpg]” with an icon. Or Move the attachments section to the top of the page.

Yea I have had to actually post screen shots for some customers and post them a link from like imgur so they know where to look… and this was even when there was 15 pictures attached…

Think that section needs some work… or make it so the pictures can be inline to comments… makes more sense to me as you can currently add and remove pictures you never know when they were added…

I started using the Hubs today and I found it… :slight_smile: I uploaded a picture of what my model should look like. Will the Hub owner be able to see it?

Yes! Infact it will make the hub operator very happy to know what your expectation is.
