Has anyone else had the problem of the design files being unavailable in the past and now more recently from issue 80 onwards. This appears to make a mockery of the claim that they are available to download despite having a membership and password account to get them and inputting the access code from the mag and then being told they are available below only to scroll down and they are not there.
The IT geeksquad are quick to say they are aware of the problem but they do not seem able to resolve it. This I believe constitutes a failure of service under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The design files are the ones that are in the Eaglemoss publication 3D Create & Print that are usually at the back of the issue. They were available (or should have been) from issue 1 through to the last issue 90, available this week.
You have to have applied for a membership in order to get them and the access codes were inside the front cover of each issue. However since issue 79 the site where they should have been does not appear to have been updated and therefore the “service” is therefore in breach of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.
I gather from your question that you did not know of this.
