I am producing a prototype in the next few weeks and wonder if a 3D printed case is suitable for the application. The device will reside in the duct work of a building so must be UL 2043 compliant. Does anyone have any knowledge on whether the filaments used for 3D printing can pass that particular test (flame retardant etc.) and if so which filament sin particular?

Standard filaments used do not tend to be flame retardant, but there are specialised filaments available.
