Trying to Print Marvin

We have dowloaded Marvin file and its telling us its corrupt and we cannot see the print file, can somebody help us on this or send the print file separately

That’s worrying! Would you let me know what browser and OS you’re using? I’ve checked your order and was able to download the model quite easily. Which button do you use for the download?
