EDIT: fixed! Actually, it was a mechanical problem. The print didn’t go up the first 2mm due to some screws not tight enough. It was barely noticeable, but I was lucky enough to discover it and fixe it.

Hey guys,

I’m very happy with my Tronxy X1 (at least, I was…). My prints went well, I made some improvements.

Then, From nowhere I can tell, all my prints became wrong.
Every time it’s the same: during the first layers, looks like the z don’t move enough. The first layer is good, sometimes the second too. And then, I can see the extruder going through the previous layer, destroying everything :frowning:
You can see an example enclosed.

The problem remains, even with my test prin.g-code, so I guess this is not due to a mistake in Cura? Maybe a wrong configuration, something I changed by mistake… but what?
If I manually down the bed during the print, the print is ok.
Z-axis has no problem going up and down, using control.

How can I know what causes this problem, and how to fix it?

Thks for your help!
