I’m a new hub, and finished my first print about 3 days ago, within 48 hours of receiving the Marvin order. To date, I still haven’t received my first review. I also submitted a support request early today and haven’t heard back on that either.
I guess this is a bit of a complaint, because it seems like timeliness on the part of a hub is a huge part of customer satisfaction and 3D Hubs is setting expectations low from the beginning with their example.
So while I’m here, how long is it typically taking 3D Hubs to review new hubs?
Another day has gone by, no response here, no response to the support request, and no review.
Pretty disappointing.
Hey @Plasmator, I’m really sorry about the wait. We had a couple of public holidays for the past week here in the Netherlands, so there are indeed some delays in reviewing all Marvins. Rest assured though that early next week the latest you’re Hub will be online. Hope this helps.
