Am thinking of getting this hotend:

Or possibly this whole thing:

Has anyone upgraded their i3 plus? I really would like to be able to print PETG with my i3 plus, but I don’t think the extruder can handle the heat required of the PETG. Any print I have tried either doesn’t stick, doesn’t extrude without snapping and popping, or doesn’t print a smooth line most likely dues to popping. I heard it could be moisture in the filament but it was straight out of the packaging.
Also I know that the i3 has a max temp of 160C for short bursts, but after the hotend upgrade, how will I be able to keep it that hot for a longer period? will this require a firmware update? If so where would I find it?
Go to some one with a lathe and ask them to make this for you,That will break off at the under cut one day,
