I dropped off a part to Jarod on Sept 14 to be replicated via 3d printing. He has refused to answer my calls, texts, emails and even a letter. Avoid doing business with him as he apparently is either a thief (which is odd considering the part isnt worth anything by itself) or just super lazy and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
Please contact 3dhubs support so they can arbitrate your issue. This forum is not necessarily a good place to vent, and certainly while I am not discounting your issue, I am aware that a forum such as this only allows us to hear one side of the story.
