I am using a Creator Pro Flashforge. I am trying to print a lid for a box by importing the .stl file created from 123d design and exporting the .x3g file onto an sd card.
However when the command to print is given, the initialization process of the platform being raised does not occur at the beginning and hence the print is off the platform and the nozzle is too high. It works fine for the previous prints. Could anyone help me in rectifying this issue. Thank you in advance

Is the print on the platform in the software? I would start there and see what you find.

Try a different model, perhaps one you have printed in the past. If it works, its the model. If it does not work, it is your printer, likely the endstop cable needs replaced on Z.
