I have nothing but perfect results up until this and now whatever I print does this awful thing where it spits out filament and makes an awful sound and now all my prints looks awful I have tried with retraction on and off and no matter what settings it still does it. I have attached a video of it showing this. Please help as I love this printer and would like to get it working again.

Sounds like its skipping, is the filament getting chewed up and have marks on it?

I’ve had a similar problem and to solve it, take the Bowden connector off the extruder head, remove the short Teflon tube and check to see if there is a clump of filament built up underneath. Then go through nozzle unclogging steps. I have two different sizes of wire I use to push any filament through the nozzle that might be there, and then I run filament through until it comes out smoothly. Don’t forget to do this at a slightly higher temp than you’ve been printing at. I’ve had this happen a couple times now and both times it was a partially obstructed extruder and a clogged nozzle. Hope this helps.

Both of the above are good suggestions, but I DEFINITELY hear skipping. You’ve either got a jam in your extruder, or your bed is too close to your nozzle. That clicking sound you hear is the extruder gear chewing up the filament & skipping steps. Something is preventing a clear path from the cold end to the hot end.
Firstly, try raising your Z-Axis half way up, and manually extrude filament on to the build plate. See if it flows straight down, or curls up / around your nozzle.

Also, if you can get a better video of the print bed / nozzle while this is happening, it may help in diagnosing the issue.

I did this and yes the filament did curl up and also when I took my filament out to get a new color I did feel some marks on it.
Ok I will get a video of that right away should be up in about an hour
I did see some marks on the filament when I was changing filament and it does it to every filament its sorta feels rough
Thanks so much I will try this when I get the chance after my final. Loving all the support of this community!
I had a print get so stuck to the bed because my Z was way to close and digging into my painters tape so every since then I have been sure to have my Z probs a little too far because now I have been having problems with the print sticking to the bed at all.
I just had this problem last week. It was so clogged that it would pop the top of the bowden tube off it’s connector. I replaced the bowden tube (it was stripped pretty well), both connectors, and nozzle. I took the throat off and cleaned it with lightly heated filament. Then I backed the nozzle off from the bed and re-leveled it, making sure there’s plenty of room for it to extrude. Turned out the problem was a badly clogged throat/nozzle caused by glow filament, apparently glow filament has a tendency to clog brass parts. Good luck
