Hiya Los Angeles Hubs!

I’m writing this thread on behalf of a 3D Hubs customer, @Shana_1 . Her current order might not go through and I want to reach out to you guys to see if we have a possible backup Hub to send this order to. The order itself is quite time sensitive as she needs the parts for her art show next week Wednesday (april 13th). She needs a couple of days to build a LED fiber optic sculpture around the print so ideal situation would be that she would have the prints before the weekend.

Here are the screenshots of her current order.

Clear or Glow in the Dark materials would be ideal, either PLA or ABS should be fine for these prints. She’s also hoping to keep the budget around $100, same to her current order.

I’ve got my fingers crossed in the hope that there’s someone out there who can help! (having my fingers crossed made it also harder to type this thread btw)

Thanks guys!

I might be able to help, but there is going to be extra charges for support and post processing, although it shouldn’t cost more than $20 and I will have to use different machines as some of the prints might not fit my printer. Also these prints are pretty big and lengthy, I can only try to finish on time, the sooner We a start the better but I would like to be able to inspect the files a little better.

Thank you for your reply @INVENTion. I’ve cancelled Shana’s current order and informed her to switch to yours. I’ll try and see if I can help out on the total price if it turns out this is going above her budget.

I would do it if I had a bed that big for ABS/PLA. Unfortunately I just have a bed for powder machines that large, sorry!

Is this order still open?, I did not get any request from this user.

Hi @INVENTion, I haven’t heard back from Shana at all, I’m guess she changed her mind. Thanks for following up though!

That’s ok @Cotterpin, thanks for responding though!
