Is it just me our is anyone else getting a bit vexed with all the emails and notifications whenever there is an order or question on 3Dhubs and you don’t respond immediately?
i’ve send several e-mails to try and improve this but no response, i even started a live chat with a lady just now, quick response on my hello, but the whole chat thing is gone now that i tried to ask here about this issue, my issue, without a response… i like the service 3Dhubs want to achieve but for me it needs some resolving in this matter.
Let’s see if this makes the boards and multiple 3Dhubs employee’s reading along with the conversations.

Thanks for reaching out and notifying us of your concerns. We send out automated e-mails and text messages to notify you of new orders and status changes to keep you up to date on what is going on with your orders. If you have suggestions on how we can improve this system we are very open to your feedback and we would love to hear it. We’re trying to make 3D Hubs as user friendly as possible for both our Hubs and their customers.
And regarding the chat, my colleague Linda informed me that indeed, she did talk to you briefly by saying hello but then you left the chat so as I’m sure you can imagine, that didn’t give her much opportunity to respond to your concerns
