I’ll upload my files to the 3Dhubs file uploader, and some of my files will have a “preview not available” preview picture and the dimensions of 0 x 0 x 0 mm.

Can I fix this some how? Is it safe to order anything?

Hi @Jam_es,

This is most likely caused by scaling being very tiny. Often, if you don’t export in correct units, we were not able to calculate the pricing correctly. But after you place the order, the Hub is always able to help you out with making sure the scale is correct.

#1. Model created in inches, but when you upload it, you are not selecting the inches button.

#2. Model has inverted normals (google) and needs repaired. This is less likely, but possible.

Run your model through makeprintable.com or netfabb basic, or netfabb online and then try it again.
